Quality Checks at the Factory in China
Before production, we arrange two pre-production samples: one for you to review and one for us to keep as the reference for inspection. We discuss your product requirements with you so we know what the finished order must meet.
Before final payment, our staff or a trusted third-party inspector visits the factory to check the goods against the approved sample. We report any issues so they can be addressed before the shipment moves forward.

Shipping, Fees and Payment.
Shipping from China to Ireland
Once your goods are ready, we can help arrange delivery from China to Ireland. We’ll discuss the shipping options for your order, including air and sea freight, and explain the expected cost and delivery time before you decide.
We can also coordinate door-to-door delivery and customs clearance where these are included in your agreed quote. The best option depends on the size, weight and type of goods, as well as how soon you need them. We also arrange shipping to other countries; contact us to discuss your destination and delivery requirements.

Our fees
For straightforward products we already know well, we can often provide an initial quote free of charge. If your project requires extensive supplier research, product development or detailed costing, we will explain any research fee before starting that work.
For confirmed orders, our sourcing fee is generally 20% of the product and shipping fees, depending on the product and the work involved. We’ll provide a written quote showing the product cost, our fee, shipping and any other agreed charges, so you can review the full cost before placing an order.

Payment Terms
We provide a written quote before an order begins, showing the agreed product, sourcing and shipping costs. For most production orders, we request a 50% deposit before production starts. We confirm when the remaining balance is due as part of your quote.
We can accept payment through our bank accounts in Ireland, Hong Kong and also XTransfer digital instant payments. We will confirm the available payment method and instructions directly with you for each order.
