company was set up in 2009 in Hong Kong. Our main office is based there but we operate on China mainland in Guangdong Province, the factory of the world. We have warehouses in Ireland and on China Mainland. We also have staff in Ireland to deal with Irish and UK clients.
We come mainly from Ireland and have a background of mechanical engineering and quality control, spending many years working for large companies like ABB and Veolia. This gives us a big advantage in having a vast knowledge of a factory floor.

Assurance
When sourcing products in China, quality control is the key aspect for all of our clients. Our sourcing company in China
will discuss in depth with our customers their individual needs. For 100% of the projects we will request two pre-production samples, one which will be sent to the customer and one which will remain at our office. The sample held by us will be what we use to quality control at the factory. Our research and development team will guarantee you get the best and cost effective deal we can find by comparing at least five different China suppliers.
Before final payments are made, our own staff or reliable third party will visit the factory and follow strict procedures to make sure all goods match the sample. On successful inspection, the containers will be loaded and moved on to our warehouses.

OEM
Probably the biggest difference between OEM and ODM doesn't only lie in their names. OEM products are always specially produced for brand manufacturers. They could only use this specific brand without any abuse of other names of middle manufacturers. ODM products are in a different situation. This depends on whether brand enterprises exclusively own the copyright, if not, middle manufactures are entitled to produce the product themselves with a precondition of using no design recognition of concerned enterprises.
We currently work on many OEM projects including hoodies, inflatable tents, t-shirts, car radiators and tow straps. We can also help with design or editing of your company logo. We can also package your goods and put your logo on the external packaging as well as on the product.

Shipping
We use UPS or DHL for air shipping which is 7-10 days. We also provide sea shipping which is 60 days. Our cheapest method is rail/UPS service which takes about 40 days and is the most popular option for those not in a rush. This option includes custom clearance and door to door delivery.
Our fees
We often provide free quotes for simple products we frequently deal with. For more complicated products which require a lot of time, we will charge a research and development fee for the quote. All confirmed orders will include a commission of about 10-20% based on the product cost and shipping.
Payment
Satisfying customers is our top priority. That’s why we believe in offering fair and transparent prices with no hidden fees or extra charges. We have bank accounts in Ireland, Hong Kong and Mainland China. We also have Paypal. We usually request 50% of payment upfront before we start production.
